ONE YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

All Folding Gate Products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year when used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. If it is determined that a product defect was caused by materials or manufacturing workmanship, the manufacturer will replace the materials in question at no charge. The manufacturer will not assume, nor compensate for any related cost incurred including, but not limited to additional labor, down time or related handling and transportation cost. The manufacturer reserves the right to change materials, design or specifications without obligation to subsequent customers, or to add improvements without making corresponding changes.
